Maultaschen, a Schwäbisch specialty; home made large ravioli with our own beef, smoked sausage and spinach, lightly fried with caramelised onions and German potato salad. Or
 
 Smoked trout fillet on crispy lettuce with horseradish sauce and home made bread.
 
Mains
 
Fresh trout; pan fried with butter and almonds with parsley potato salad and vegetables. Or
 
Stuttgarter pork fillet, wrapped in bacon with a brandy and pink pepper sauce accompanied by spätzle (home made German noodles) with beans in thyme butter. Or
 
Smoked pork, German sausages, Knödel (home made bread and herb dumplings) with sauerkraut.
