Christmas in Winter
Celebrate the season with a traditional Christmas dinner and mulled
wine, complete with decorations, presents, log fire, and carols. $60 pp.

We are back to that delightful winter season, the fires are on and the frosts are here, I wonder if we will have some snow this year?
Claudia’s at Thunderbolt Farm are at our seventh year of Christmas in winter and look forward to those cold nights and fabulous food.
We look forward to welcoming you to our delightful, rustic, full of ambience, restaurant that many say is right out on Europe.
You will be welcomed by a hot spiced red wine "gluehwein" to “warm the body and soul”
Claudia’s is fully licensed, German beer, sparking cocktails, mixed drinks.
We also have a selection of granite belt wines
On arrival: Glass of gluehwein or bubbly “Kir Royale”
Entrée: Chicken Waldorf Salad
Smoked Salmon Roll
(Each served with crusty home-made bread)
Soup:
Clear vegetable soup with coconut cream
Farm pumpkin and sweet potato soup
Main meal: Turkey roast,
Ham off the bone,
“Jesus in a blanket”
selection of roasted vegetables with green beans in thyme butter.
Accompanied by pear filled with cranberry sauce.
Dessert: Christmas pudding with brandy custard
Crème caramel with ice-cream
Apple strudel with ice-cream
Amanti Coffee, tea
Port or Liqueur as a digestive.
We can arrange for a bus pick up and the cost is $10 per person.
This way there is no need for a dedicated driver.
